I joined Wigmore Medical as a laser trainer in 2010 and in 2012 I moved from devices to the aesthetic dermatology department to fulfill my passion for skin! Throughout my many years at Wigmore Medical, I have seen many changes and trends taking place, but one thing has always remained the same, which is our results-driven relationship with our loyal customers. As a team, we think of many of our customers as not only colleagues but as friends too, who have one goal which is to get great results for their patients, leading to an increase in patients, loyalty, knowledge and profits. We aim to support your business and together deliver optimum results to your patients.

How we can help
Your Regional Sales Manager is on hand to guide you on the correct skincare products for your patients, provide training on these and suggest promotional ideas for your chosen brand. We can also give you exclusive deals, help with in-clinic events and generally support you with all your queries and questions related to skin. As a team, we take the approach that every customer is as important as the next. Every skincare customer will have a dedicated Regional Sales Manager. Whether you are working independently, or have a team of ten, each and every customer will receive our support and will not be passed on to a different department. We are here to help you learn, grow and develop your understanding of our skincare brands so that you can increase your revenue. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours though we normally come back to you quicker, so no waiting for an answer to give your patient. As a team we work very closely so when one of us is on annual leave or unavailable, there is always another member to follow up. We fully appreciate that as clinic owners you are very busy, and time is precious, so we will not waste yours. After all, time is money!


Keeping up-to-date
Another important factor we take into account is the change of trends in aesthetics. This is across the board at Wigmore Medical, which is why we are always offering new training courses to our customers to keep them abreast of all the trends, regulations and changes which take place in our ever-growing industry. One of the biggest trends we are seeing is regenerative medicine being at the forefront of not only injectables but skincare too. requests we receive on a daily basis. Our sales team is able to select the products and protocols to suit your individual business needs to help you move forward with the industry trends and the demands of your patients.
