Modern Slavery Statement FY 2022

Wigmore Medical Ltd is proud of the steps it has taken to combat slavery and human trafficking and is committed to improving its practices to combat slavery and human trafficking.

As an employer we are committed

There have been no use of the whistleblowing or grievance reporting procedures in 2021-22. Wigmore Medical has 83 employees, directors and contractors.

Our Supply Chain

We are a distributor at the wholesale and retail level of manufactured medical and aesthetic products and devices produced and regulated in the UK, US and EU. Both the sector and geographical location of our sectors indicate that the risk of slavery and human trafficking is relatively low. However, we support the Government’s objectives to eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking and will be working towards introducing a supplier code of conduct to work towards eradicating modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2020. This statement was passed by the Board on 21 December 2023.
