Announcing babyGLOW

Teoxane’s new evidence-based injection technique

Inspired by make-up contouring and highlighting techniques, and developed in response to patient needs by a collective of over 20 global aesthetic-medicine experts, Teoxane have launched a new injection protocol in the UK. As a standardised aesthetic protocol, it is safe and easy to perform while also delivering maximum outcomes for a wide range of patients.

Teoxane babyGLOW is based on precise placement strategy, using eight selected facial injection points to optimise product diffusion and maximise surface light reflection, leading to a rapid and noticeable improvement in skin radiance from the first session. This new protocol:

  • Enhances luminosity by optimising how light reflects on the mid-face
  • Softens shadowed areas to create a more uniform, well-rested appearance
  • Gently lifts contours to restore balance and facial freshness

This new technique involves the micro-injections of TEOSYAL Puresense Redensity 1, which is a non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (15 mg/mL) with a dermo-structuring complex of antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, characterised by high fluidity for homogeneous dermal and subdermal distribution and skin redensification. This disruptive innovation achieves more luminous, hydrated skin, and improves skin texture without altering facial features. With minimum downtime, the effect is immediate for your patients.

According to aesthetic practitioner Dr Silvia Caboni, Teoxane babyGLOW is a versatile, safe treatment with visible results from the very first session. Dr Caboni comments, “Teoxane babyGLOW is suitable for all patient profiles, although the objective naturally varies depending on age and skin condition. In younger patients,it has a preventive role by maintaining hydration and supporting skin quality. In more mature skin, the effect is more rejuvenation as it improves skin texture, redensifies thinner areas and stimulates the production of type I, III and IV collagen. Across all ages, patients are usually pleasantly surprised by the immediate glow and the visible improvement in their skin.”

Joanna Underhill, General Manager for Teoxane UK & Ireland comments, “We’re delighted that Teoxane’s revolutionary new babyGLOW technique is going to be available to practitioners and patients in the UK and Ireland. This contouring glow treatment that elevates skin quality and natural radiance is already loved by patients and trusted by healthcare professionals, and will bring a new, safe, and scientifically supported technique to the UK’s medical aesthetics industry. The babyGLOW protocol will provide practitioners with greater treatment efficiency and possibilities across all patient profiles, leading to exceptional treatment outcomes for patients – the perfect combination!”

...patients are usually pleasantly surprised by the immediate glow and the visible improvement in their skin.

Global Teoxane Faculty Member, and babyGLOW Board Member Dr Kieren Bong comments, “babyGLOW was inspired by the need to create something clinically meaningful that went beyond a conventional product-led skin booster. The aim was to develop a precise, reproducible injection technique that could deliver a consistent glow effect, natural-looking results and genuine improvement in skin quality, whilst preserving facial identity rather than adding volume or altering structure.

babyGLOW changes the way we think about skin quality because it shifts the focus away from temporary surface improvement and towards true biological skin remodelling. Rather than seeing skin health as something that is merely polished or camouflaged, babyGLOW frames it as something that can be actively supported at a deeper structural level through hydration, collagen stimulation, elastin support and tissue repair. In that sense, it encourages us to think of skin quality as a long-term clinical objective, not just a short-term cosmetic finish.

The technique has meaningful implications for the future of aesthetic medicine because it reflects a wider shift in the industry: away from volume-led correction and towards skin quality, tissue health and natural-looking rejuvenation. It shows that the future of aesthetics is not simply about changing facial shape, but about improving how the skin behaves, feels and presents over time.”
