Course Summary
Alidya is the first CE-marked Class III injectable medical device specifically developed for the treatment of cellulite. Used in over 70 countries worldwide, it offers a medically driven, evidence-based approach to one of the most common yet underserved concerns in aesthetic medicine.

Unlike traditional cosmetic cellulite treatments that focus primarily on fat reduction, Alidya targets the extracellular matrix (ECM) — addressing the underlying biological mechanisms involved in cellulite formation, including oxidative stress, inflammation, fibrosis, and extracellular iron toxicity.

This course provides aesthetic practitioners with a comprehensive understanding of cellulite pathophysiology, patient assessment, cellulite grading, treatment planning, and injection protocols. Delegates will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on experience using mesotherapy and cannula techniques under expert supervision.

Delegates must hold a valid UK professional registration and have prior experience in injectable aesthetic treatments, including patient consultation, aseptic technique, and management of medical complications.

Previous mesotherapy or cannula experience is advantageous but not essential.

Tracey Dennison

Injectable trainer

Tracey Dennison is an award-winning Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Independent Prescriber, and medical aesthetics trainer with over 30 years of nursing experience across both the NHS and private sector.

She is the Founder and Consultant Nurse Practitioner at East Riding Aesthetics & Wellness, a multi-award-winning, CQC-registered clinic specialising in restorative and regenerative medical aesthetics, women’s hormonal health, and lifestyle medicine. Her clinical expertise includes dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxing injections, skin boosters, polynucleotides, exosomes, biostimulators, and full-face rejuvenation treatment planning.

Tracey is widely recognised for her passion for education and clinical excellence. Alongside her clinical practice, she is an expert trainer for Cosmetic Courses and has delivered training in dermal fillers, toxin treatments, polynucleotides, menopause care, complications management, and business development for aesthetic practitioners across the UK.

Her extensive NHS background includes roles in Accident & Emergency, Neonatal Intensive Care, Major Trauma, Palliative Care, and Advanced Clinical Practice. She previously worked as a Major Trauma Coordinator and Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, where she was heavily involved in complex patient management, service improvement, prescribing, audit, and clinical education.

Tracey is also a Principal Trainer for the British Menopause Society and sits on the editorial board for the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing. She regularly lectures nationally and internationally and has contributed to multiple publications within the fields of medical aesthetics, skin ageing, and women’s health.

In recognition of her work within aesthetics and wellness, Tracey was awarded Medical Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner of the Year (UK & Ireland) 2023 and Menopause Nurse Practitioner of the Year 2025.
