What’s your favourite aesthetic treatment to perform and why?
One of my favourite treatments to perform is biostimulatory and regenerative treatments. I love treatments that work with the body to stimulate collagen and improve skin quality gradually.
For me, aesthetics has always been about helping patients look refreshed and confident without looking like they’ve had anything done. Treatments like Sculptra support the skin from within, improving structure, firmness and radiance over time, which creates incredibly natural results.
Seeing those subtle changes develop and patients coming back saying they feel more confident in their skin is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
What is your signature approach when it comes to treating your patients?
My approach is very much consultationled, holistic, and personalised.
I look beyond the surface, considering skin health, lifestyle, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. It’s not just about choosing a treatment, it’s about understanding what that patient actually needs and whether they’re ready for it.
Why do you use HydroPeptide products?
A big part of my approach is also treatment matching, ensuring the right treatment is chosen for the right patient at the right time, which is key to achieving safe, natural, and long-lasting results.
HydroPeptide is a brand I genuinely love using both in clinic and personally.
The formulations are science-led and peptide-focused, which makes them ideal for supporting skin regeneration and maintaining skin health alongside aesthetic treatments.
For me, skincare isn’t an add-on, it’s an essential part of achieving and maintaining results. HydroPeptide allows patients to continue improving their skin at home in a way that’s both effective and easy to maintain.
Who does the range best suit and why?
The range suits a wide variety of patients, particularly those who are looking for results-driven skincare that supports long term skin health.
It’s ideal for patients concerned with early ageing, dullness, dehydration, or skin texture, as well as those investing in aesthetic treatments who want to maintain their results properly.
It bridges the gap between clinical results and everyday skincare, which is exactly what many patients are now looking for.
Which are your must-have products and why?
A few HydroPeptide products that I consistently recommend are:
Power Serum—this is an incredible all-round serum that helps improve brightness, texture and overall skin quality.
Collagen Reactivate AM —a fantastic product for supporting collagen and improving skin resilience.
Eye Authority—one of my favourite eye products because it helps with puffiness, dark circles and fine lines, which are concerns many patients have.
Resurface & Repair Peel Pads—one of the newer additions and already a firm favourite. They’re ideal for gently resurfacing the skin, enhancing clarity, and restoring a healthy, radiant glow over time.
These are products I trust because patients can use them consistently and genuinely see a visible improvement in their skin over time.
Do you use HydroPeptide personally? Which products?
Yes, absolutely. I always believe practitioners should use the products they recommend.
Personally, I use the Power Serum, Collagen Reactivate AM, Eye Authority, as well as the Resurfacing Pads and Cleanser as part of my routine. They’re products I genuinely enjoy using because they keep my skin feeling hydrated, bright and healthy, even with a busy schedule.
Using them myself also helps me understand how they perform on the skin, which means I can confidently recommend them to my patients.
How does HydroPeptide complement the aesthetics treatments you offer?
Skincare plays a huge role in both preparing the skin and maintaining results after treatment. HydroPeptide works really well alongside treatments such as microneedling, skin boosters and collagen-stimulating treatments because it continues to support the skin between appointments.
Using the right at-home skincare qalso helps ensure that results last longer which is something I always emphasise to my patients.
What do you enjoy most about working in aesthetics?
What I enjoy most is the confidence it gives people and the relationships you build along the way. Patients often come in feeling unsure or overwhelmed, and being able to guide them, support them, and help them feel more comfortable in their own skin is incredibly rewarding.
I also really value creating more than just a treatment space. For me, it’s about building a community and a hub where women feel safe to seek honest, appropriate advice without pressure or confusion.
That trust and connection is what makes this industry so fulfilling and what allows me to deliver results in a way that feels considered and patient-focused.
What do you think are the industry trends to watch?
A major shift I’m seeing is towards functional aesthetics and a more holistic approach to treatment. It’s not just about what we do in clinic anymore, it’s about matching treatments to the patient’s overall health, lifestyle, and even their internal wellbeing.
This approach also reinforces that aesthetics is a medical specialty, not just a cosmetic one. Patients are becoming more informed and are now seeking practitioners who take a more comprehensive, medicallyled and considered approach to treatment.
What are the future plans for you and your practice?
My focus is on building more than just a clinic; I want to create a true wellness hub and community for women, where they feel supported, educated, and genuinely cared for.
I’m moving towards a more holistic approach to health, skin, and overall wellbeing. It’s important to me that patients can come to us not just for aesthetic treatments, but for guidance that considers the bigger picture, including areas such as hormonal balance, lifestyle, and longevity.
I want the clinic to feel like a sanctuary, where every detail is considered, from the treatments we provide to the environment we create, even down to the small touches like the drinks we serve. It’s about creating a space where women feel looked after, understood and supported in investing in themselves for the long term.
