Estyme with cold-X technology unlocks the limits of HA science

How better preserving the natural long chain HA1 can help you do more with every syringe.

For decades, innovation in hyaluronic acid injectables has focused on pushing characteristics such as lift, modifi cation and longevity. But what if the next breakthrough starts from preserving better HA’s natural long-chain structure to unlock performance? That’s the thinking behind Estyme®, the new HA injectable range from EVOLUS®, powered by proprietary COLD-X® Technology.

With COLD-X® Technology, Estyme® challenges a long-standing assumption in HA manufacturing: that heat is simply part of the process. Unlike conventional cross-link-ing methods, which typically use heat, Estyme® uses near-freezing temperatures during the cross-linking process to better preserve the natural long-chain structure of hyaluronic acid.1

The result? 4 Highly efficient gels with less chain fragmentation and lower levels of BDDE required for modification.1

Beyond the manufacturing process, clinical outcomes are ultimately what matter, and Estyme demonstrated strong performance across key indicators.

CLINICAL PERFORMANCE THAT CHANGES THE CONVERSATIONCLINICAL

Supported by a worldwide clinical pro-gramme involving more than 2,400 pa-tients across 15 clinical studies, Estyme®has demonstrated consistent perfor-mance across key facial indications2, backed by a clinically proven safety profi le.2 Two products have already FDA approval in the United States6, while all four products are MDR-certified in Europe2.

Most importantly, Estyme® did not simply match established state-of-the-art comparators in pivotal clinical studies.

It surpassed them for nasolabial folds and cheeks indications

In nasolabial folds, Estyme® Smooth and Estyme® Form demonstrated non-infe-riority and statistical superiority versus comparator products at 6 months.3 In mid-face volume restoration, Estyme®Sculpt demonstrated both non-inferi-ority and statistical superiority versus comparator treatment.4

For injectors, superiority is only mean-ingful if it translates into better clinical effi ciency. Estyme® delivers on that too.

  • Up to 20% less product needed in nasolabial folds and cheeks to achieve optimal outcomes.3,4
  • Natural-looking results lasting up to 18 months2, depending on indication.
  • Easy extrusion for enhanced han-dling and injection experience.6
  • Targeted viscoelastic properties6 so you may treat to optimal outcome without over- or under-correction.2

4 PRODUCTS. MAXIMUM VERSATILITY.

In today’s HA market, bigger portfolios are often mistaken for better portfolios. More products. More references. More complexity. But does treating patients really require dozens of fi llers?

EVOLUS® believes versatility comes from intelligent design, not portfolio size.

The Estyme® range was engineered around 4 highly effi cient gels with targeted viscoelastic properties, purpose-built, to cover virtually all needs in your daily practice.

  • Estyme® Smooth: to soften and smooth nasolabial folds and perioral lines2
  • Estyme® Form: to lift and support nasolabial folds2
  • Estyme® Sculpt: to project, shape and contour the mid-face and cheeks2
  • Estyme® Lips: for natural volume and defi nition lasting up to 12 months without touch ups!2

That’s it. No unnecessary complex-ity. No overlapping references. No confusion about product selection. Just a streamlined range designed to confi dently treat a broad range of facial indications while maintaining natural-looking outcomes.

Whether treating lips, nasolabial folds, or cheeks, Estyme® was designed around a simple philosophy: preserve more to achieve more. The result is a highly effi cient portfolio designed to help practitioners do more with every syringe, delivering natural-looking outcomes, long-lasting performance and great patient satisfaction.

THE TECHNOLOGY MADE ME CURIOUS. THE RESULTS MADE ME KEEP USING IT.

Dr Benji Dhillon

Q: What first interested you about Estyme®?
I am a big believer in the clinical benefi t of long chain HA as a dermal filler. When Estyme® came along, it represented an innovation in this space.
Then, after spending more time look-ing into the rheology, I recognised it would be able to play a significant role in improving my patient out-comes across multiple indications.

Q: What have you noticed clinically?
Less is definitely more! I’ve noticed that I’m having to use less product to achieve the same level of result as I did with other brands3,4. Additionally, I like the way the products integrated quickly. A standout for me is sculpt — it has helped elevate my practice by providing a volumising product with minimal volumes!

Q: 4 words: what made you switch to Estyme®?
Innovation. Integration. Versatility. Exciting.
