With more than 18 years at Wigmore Medical and over 30 years of experience in the aesthetics, skincare, and medical beauty industry, I am passionate about helping clinics and practitioners build successful businesses through exceptional products, education, and ongoing support.

Wigmore Medical is continually at the forefront of introducing new product innovations, allowing me to provide our clinics with cutting-edge solutions while expanding my own knowledge and expertise. Being part of a company that invests in education, embraces innovation, and is focused on the professional has made my role both rewarding and inspiring.

As National Sales Manager, I am committed to leading a knowledgeable, motivated, and customer focused sales team that shares these same values. My priority is to ensure every customer receives expert advice, personalised support, and an outstanding level of service at every stage of their journey with Wigmore. I have complete confidence in my team and know they will provide the professionalism, expertise, and care that our valued customers have come to expect. I will continue to be the dedicated point of contact for customers throughout Norfolk and Ireland.

SWETA SMITH


With over 20 years of experience as a Sales Manager, I have built strong partnerships across salons, clinics, and spas, supporting their growth and long-term success. My passion lies in retailing and helping businesses thrive through tailored education, strategic guidance, and ongoing support.

I joined Wigmore in January and have expanded my knowledge across their portfolio of innovative brands. I look forward to bringing enhanced support, insights, and opportunities to our partners, helping them maximise both performance and potential.

HAYLEY SALISBURY


I joined Wigmore Medical over two years ago, covering the Southwest of England.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the professional skincare industry, including my previous role with HydroPeptide.

I’ve had the opportunity to travel internationally over the years, training aesthetic professionals and helping them grow their businesses through education.

I am passionate about supporting clinics to achieve long-term success by providing expert education, practical business advice, and introducing innovative products that deliver outstanding results for both the practitioners and their clients.

What I enjoy most about Wigmore Medical is the breadth of our portfolio. Representing multiple leading brands allows us to offer tailored solutions that help aesthetic businesses grow through both professional treatments and effective homecare, ensuring the best outcomes for every customer.

NICOLA JOHNS


After more than 15 years in the beauty and aesthetics industry, I’ve experienced the industry from several perspectives, from therapist to management and now business development. That experience helps me understand what clinic owners and they’re teams need because I have experienced all aspects myself. I genuinely love helping clinics grow and succeed.

I believe the best results come from building real relationships. Whether I’m introducing a new treatment, providing training, helping you increase retail sales or simply being on hand for advice, my goal is to become a trusted extension of your business. My passion is helping clinics grow. Ensuring teams gain confidence and clients achieve amazing results is the part of my job I enjoy most.

I’ve been working in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry for over 20 years, beginning my career as a therapist before progressing to work with some of the industry’s leading skincare, supplement, and injectable brands. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping clinics achieve their business goals. I enjoy working closely with customers to overcome challenges, identify new opportunities, and uncover gaps within their treatment portfolio to help drive growth, increase profitability, and deliver outstanding patient outcomes. If I had to choose a favourite treatment, it would definitely be microneedling! It’s a treatment I never tire of performing or talking about, thanks to its versatility and the fantastic results it delivers across so many different skin concerns. I’m delighted to be joining Wigmore Medical and look forward to reconnecting with familiar faces across Scotland, while also meeting and supporting those customers who are new to me. I am delighted to introduce myself as your account manager for the North of England, I have a wealth of experience having worked within beauty and aesthetics for 16 years and am proud to say that I have seen the industry from almost every angle—from the shop floor and treatment room, to business development and commercial retail area management.

I have worked with iconic brands like Bobbi Brown, Charlotte Tilbury, Estée Lauder, Tom Ford, Dermalogica, RevitaLash and iS Clinical, learning what converts, what scales, and what holds businesses (and teams) back. GEMMA KNOWLER


I am a level 4 beauty therapist and joined the aesthetic industry in 2006 as a trainer and sales manager. Over the last 20 years I have helped accounts to grow through offering training and sales support in medical skincare, devices and, most recently, injectables. My vast experience within the industry can help customers to advise and guide them on the best treatments for their clinics and patients. After a year away from Wigmore Medical where I gained lots more knowledge on injectables, I am delighted to be back at Wigmore Medical to support all the London accounts.
