SHOWCASING THE FUTURE OF AESTHETICS

CCR unites non-surgical and surgical medical aesthetic communities, offering insight into the future of the industry

On the 10th and 11th October, London’s Olympia will play host to an exclusive look into the future of the aesthetics industry; with insights from both non-surgical and surgical disciplines, and a force of industry all-stars in attendance, CCR is best placed to provide the unrivalled, authoritative voice of the industry.

In anticipation of CCR 2019, we can unveil a taster of the exclusive news and some of the trailblazing launches lined up from the leaders of the aesthetics community appearing at this year’s show.

The digitalisation of the patient journey

The virtual consultation is quickly becoming a trend in the industry, allowing many more consumers to benefit from expert help without having to meet face to face. Launching in October 2019, EV provides an online platform developed by leading aesthetics experts in the UK, and its goal is to support practitioners by positioning bookings, consultations, marketing, and CRM all in one convenient location. Using a custom-built search function, EV enables new clients to locate practitioners whether searching by treatment, concern, address or expert.

An online booking function will additionally enable a practitioner to instantly accept appointments and hold virtual consultations via its secure platform. For more information, visit etrevous.com

BAAPS Annual International Conference

The future of aesthetics doesn’t lie exclusively in the digital realm. Now in its 34th year and its 5th year alongside CCR, the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) Annual International Conference will take place at CCR.

This year, a live debate will see BAAPS take an official stance on the future of Brazilian butt lifts. Will we see the back of them forever? CCR’s dedicated BAAPS Village on the show floor provides an opportunity for exhibitors to network with and target over 450 surgeons showcasing the latest in implants and products.

Norman Waterhouse is supported by the CCR’s Advisory Board of 33 industry experts including Dr Raj Acquilla, Mr Olivier Branford, Dr Kate Goldie, Ms Sharon Bennett, and Dr Anjali Mahto who shape the scientific agenda to support clinical development and education to practitioners across all levels of experience and all medical specialties.

Free-to-attend and CPD certified, delegates of CCR 2019 can look forward to conferences on Clinic and Practice Management, Next Stages of Developing your Practice with Dr Tapan Patel and What’s New and True in Cosmetic Dermatology with the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group, to name a few.

Training

This year’s event highlights include two days of exclusive training takeovers from Allergan SCULPT IT with Juvéderm Volux on the Live Demo Stage. Plastic Surgeon Nimrod Friedman will host the Vivacy STYLAGE Symposium and Dr Rita Rakus will host the saypha—say “yes to your phantastic lips!” by Croma.

The JCCP will cover topics on ethics in aesthetics, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, complication management and more, and a Live Laser Hack with tattoo removal, veins and acne treatments from leading laser brands Advanced Esthetic Solutions and Novus Medical.
