Move over dermal filler — the latest beauty buzzword is biostimulators, which stimulate the fibroblast cells to boost collagen. It’s a paradigm shift from basic correction to regeneration focused on skin quality, and according to top aesthetic practitioners, this cutting edge treatment is already gaining traction as one of the go-to in-clinic injectables.
The market share for non-HA regenerative injectables is projected to grow exponentially, reaching 30 per cent by 2028 globally. From the age of 25, our skin’s natural production of collagen slows down and continues to decrease 1-2 per cent each year. This loss of collagen in turn results in ageing effects including loss of elasticity and volume, fine lines and wrinkles, and a tired, sagging appearance.
The science behind JULÄINE is impressive – it has taken years to perfect. It comprises 150mg of poly-L-lactic acid microspheres, 45mg of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and 145g of non-pyrogenic mannitol. - Where HA filler is not suitable

A typical JULÄINE treatment for optimum results is a protocol of three sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Results are typically seen six weeks after the first session and gradually improve. Results last for up to two years, with patients requiring top ups as desired for maintanance.
