What is your role at IMAGE Skincare?
I am Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer for the brand which encompasses brand and trade marketing, public relations, global education, product development, creative, quality, and regulatory functions. But what I do is lead two seemingly opposite worlds: the artistic storytelling of marketing and the precise science of innovation. My calendar is split between big-picture strategy meetings and seasonal product campaigns, between pitch decks for product launches that might not hit the shelves for two years and the newest sustainability/regulatory requirements for any given market. My role requires me to be customerobsessed, data-literate, skin and ingredient savvy, trend-sensitive, and deeply attuned to what makes people feel confident and seen.
How did you come to be working with IMAGE Skincare?
My story with IMAGE Skincare couldn’t have been written without some of the most formative years of my career, spent first at L’Oréal. There, I helped craft the global marketing vision for iconic brands like SkinCeuticals and Clarisonic, immersing myself in the intersection of science and beauty. Those experiences paved the way to my next chapter at Dr Dennis Gross Skincare, where I navigated the role of SVP, Global Marketing and honed my passion for innovation and omnichannel marketing. Each role added new layers of expertise and insight, all leading me to IMAGE Skincare in October 2023—a brand where experience and scientific precision come together, and where I found the perfect stage for my love of innovation, storytelling and transformation in the world of skincare.

What are the hero products and why?
Several formulas have become icons, but our VITAL C hydrating anti-aging serum is our number one best-seller. It’s beloved for its ability to calm, hydrate, and brighten even the most sensitive skin. Another hero is the IMAGE MD restoring power-c serum—a next-generation antioxidant powerhouse that delivers 20% THD ascorbate—one of the most stable and potent forms of vitamin C—making it a favourite for improving skin tone, texture, and radiance. Our recently launched AGELESS+ collection is quickly gaining hero status, featuring advanced retinol and peptide technologies that deliver visible firming and rejuvenation while being gentle on the skin. And most recently, VOL.U.LIFT was released to address skin laxity associated with rapid weight loss, including from GLP-1 medications.

What are your product best-sellers?
Our top sellers consistently include the VITAL C serum, AGELESS total pure hyaluronic filler, ORMEDIC balancing facial cleanser and DAILY PREVENTION range.
Which new formulations are you championing at the moment?
One of the most exciting advancements we’re championing is our proprietary XOSM technology—an advanced delivery system designed to transport key active ingredients deeper into the skin with precision and potency. XOSM encapsulates ingredients like stabilized vitamin C, retinol, and antioxidants, protecting their integrity and enhancing absorption for maximum efficacy with minimal irritation. This innovation is at the heart of our newest launches, including the AGELESS+ collection, DAILY PREVENTION collection, and VOL.U.LIFT and represents the future of clinical skincare that’s both highly effective and beautifully wearable.
Who are your key customers?
Our core customers are the professionals—the aestheticians, dermatologists, and medi-spa providers who trust IMAGE to deliver resultsbacked, high-performance skincare that elevates their services and supports their clients’ skin journeys. We were born in the treatment room, and that professional heritage continues to shape our innovation and education.
At the same time, we’re seeing rapid growth among knowledgeable, wellness-driven consumers who seek out clinical-grade products for their at-home routines. These customers value efficacy, transparency, and elevated experience—and they rely on IMAGE to deliver professional results they can see and feel, every day.
