IAAGSW CONGRESS REVIEW

A look back at the highlights of the Second International World Congress, held at the Royal Society of Medicine

The culmination of months of hard work and dedication, saw the second IAAGSW Congress take place on 12th to 14th October at the Royal Society of Medicine in London. Dr Sherif Wakil, IAAGSW Congress director, says "I am proud to say that the Second IAAGSW Congress was a continuation of the success of last year’s event, and the feedback we got this year from delegates , speakers and exhibitors was extremely positive. Some treatments were launched at the Congress and some machines were seen for the first time. The penile filler live demonstration was also the first in Europe—overall the scientific content was outstanding which was my main aim. I am very thankful to our speakers and delegates who travelled from all over the world to be with us, and a big thank you to our sponsors who supported us in raising awareness of this great speciality! I look forward to an even more successful IAAGSW Congress in 2019“
“The social aspect of the conference was as strong as its scientific one. I really enjoyed catching up with old colleagues and meeting new ones.” Dr Fatemeh Hashemian, Delegate
“The IAAGSW Congress was an enlightening experience with excellent presentations from various experts in the field of aesthetic gynaecology. It was a well organised three day programme, which has given me an impetus to learn more about this new emerging branch of gynaecology.” Dr Sneha Jayaramaiah, Delegate
“A tremendous Congress for InMode with delegates sharing their experience with the Votiva system. Safety, ease of use, efficacy and versatility were just a few of the key benefits that put the Votiva system high on the treatment of choice for SUI and laxity.” Neil Wolfenden, Exhibitor
“The Royal Society of Medicine of London was not big enough for the scientific international panel that was put together for this magnificent event. I will definitely go again next year.” Dr Jorge E Gaviria, Speaker
“A big thank you to my friend Dr Sherif Wakil, and IAAGSW for the invitation, the excellent organisation, the scientific programme, the hospitality and the charity gala dinner.” Dr Bahir-Edouard Elias, Speaker
“This was my second time speaking at IAAGSW. Sherif and the Wiigmore team were marvellous organisers and it was a fantastic location for the meeting and the gala too. There was a very high quality of international Speakers as usual and I am proud and honoured to have shared this amazing experience with you. Looking forward to the next IAAGSW Congress in 2019.” Dr Catalisano Claudio, Speaker
