Wigmore Training

The last few months have revolutionised the way we deliver training—and there's more to come

Wigmore Training has undergone some important changes over the last few months, not only to adapt to the strange times that we are living in but also to revolutionise the way we deliver training.

We are committed to providing valuable educational content, whether it be online or in a safe training environment, and supporting customers at every stage of their professional development.

On-site training

Wigmore Medical made the decision to close its training room doors on 12th March 2020, and since then we have made some necessary updates to our training facility, ensuring that it meets and even surpasses expected health and safety standards.

These updates include a new hand washing station in the treatment room, hand sanitiser dispensers, vinyl flooring and washable walls for ease of cleaning.

We have also released updated training policies in light of Covid-19, with health and safety guidelines, changes to the structure of our training such as reduced numbers to facilitate social distancing, and other precautionary measures being taken to maintain a safe training environment.

With all these updates and policies in place, Wigmore will be cautiously reopening its training facility at the beginning of September, and once again hosting our hands-on training sessions.

We will of course be keeping a close eye on how the pandemic develops, as well as any governmental updates, to make sure that it is safe for us to continue hosting training on-site.

Should there be any reason to close our doors again, we will not hesitate to do so and delegates will be able to move their bookings to a future date of their choosing.

Online training

Since the arrival of Covid-19, Wigmore Training has delivered a series of virtual learning opportunities to support our customers during lockdown. Following the success of

these webinars, they have become a valued educational resource that will complement our credited courses.

With most practitioners and clinicians having reopened their businesses, we continue to offer virtual training sessions outside of working hours and many are even set to be converted into official training modules over the next few months.

ZO Skin Health core training has been available as an online module since June, and has been very well received by delegates who are now able to tune in from the comfort of their own home.

Additional online modules covering the theory of skincare and peels will be introducednvery soon, as well as face to face training for the more advanced treatments.

What to expect in 2021

Wigmore Training has many exciting plans in the pipeline, to be launched at the beginning of next year. Not only will we be developing our top-level online theory training for most of our credited courses, but we will also be welcoming new highly reputable trainers to our training faculty.

In addition to their extensive knowledge and experience, all members of the Wigmore training faculty will be required to complete a training programme designed specifically for medical aesthetic trainers. This is to ensure that every trainer delivers the same high standard of education, whether it be on camera or in person.

In partnership with Dalvi Humzah, and through a series of both online modules and face to face training, Wigmore Training will be creating an educational pathway for new entrants into the aesthetic industry, offering them unique and easy to follow guidelines and support.

With entry level training packages, intermediate to advanced sessions, additional online resources, product specific training and so much more, Wigmore Training will have something for everyone, no matter where they are in their medical aesthetic journey.
