Raising standards
Designed to raise the standard in safety and precision, the needle module in the machine features Dermaroller’s proprietary needle design that can penetrate hardened scar tissue with ease.Furthermore, the use of atraumatic needles allows finer control over the induced trauma. The unique XCellarisPro Twist design allows the module to glide over, gently displacing tissue and enabling skin to seal before the formation of myofibroblast.
Myofibroblasts are activated in response to tissue injury and lead to enhanced collagen secretion and contraction which cause scarring. Eliminating uncontrolled trauma to the skin significantly reduces the risk of scar formation and texture changes common risks associated with microneedling treatment.
Manufactured in Germany with the highest grade surgical stainless steel, each needle is individually sanded, while the arrangement of the needle module is optimised to minimise swelling and bruising.

XCellarisPro TWIST can deliver an impressive 150 strokes per second—currently the most powerful motor on the market.
