About the Course

The IMAGE Skincare Product Knowledge Overview Training Course is a theory-based online module providing a comprehensive introduction to the science, philosophy, and clinically proven formulations behind IMAGE Skincare.

Designed as the first step within the IMAGE Skincare Training Series, this course is ideal for those who would like to develop a foundational understanding of the brand and product range before committing to in-person training. It introduces learners to the IMAGE ethos, brand heritage, and what differentiates IMAGE within the professional skincare market.

The course explores the key ingredients used across the IMAGE range—including peptides, plant stem cells, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and retinols—alongside the advanced delivery technologies that support product performance, such as Vectorized Technology, Skin Mimicking Technology, Advanced Penetration Technology, and patent-pending XOSM Technology.

Learners will also be introduced to the IMAGE Core 4 System, a simplified, multi-functional homecare approach designed to address a wide range of skin concerns and support long-term skin health. An overview of IMAGE professional treatment protocols is included to demonstrate how in-clinic treatments and homecare work together to optimise results and support business success.

Please note: This course is delivered fully online and focuses on theoretical learning only. It does not include hands-on or practical training and is not CPD certified.

For practical education, CPD-accredited learning, and advanced treatment protocols, delegates are encouraged to progress onto the IMAGE Skincare Foundation and subsequent in-person modules.

How do I obtain my certificate?
Upon successful completion of the course and confirmation of your attendance, you will receive an automated email containing a secure link and passcode to download your certificate.

Booking & Payment Process
To secure your place on this training course, a pre-authorised payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures your seat is reserved on the selected date, and no payment will be taken unless you fail to attend the training without prior notice. Bookings can only be made for training dates within 10 weeks of payment, in accordance with the secure holding period of card details via the Elavon payment portal. Your place is confirmed only once the pre-authorisation is successfully processed.
