Dermaroller®'s new microneedling system is a minimally invasive treatment device used to improve skin texture and treat various conditions, including all types of scars. Microneedling is a proven and well-established skin rejuvenation procedure that uses very fine, short, sterilized needles to stimulate the production of collagen, elastin and other healing factors. Also known as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) or Percutaneous Collagen Therapy (PCI), the treatment is simple, fast and safe, with no downtime and very rare side effects when performed correctly.
The XCELLARISPRO TWIST Microneedling System triggers the body's own natural regeneration process and stimulates the production of new and strong collagen and elastin. As a result, skin tone is improved, the epidermis becomes thicker and firmer, and the appearance of structural problems (such as scars) is significantly reduced.
Treatments with the XCellarisPRO TWIST stimulate the body's own regeneration processes, in particular the production of collagen and elastin, and promote capillary blood circulation in the skin - the skin improves visibly in terms of strength and structure. Scars of all kinds can be significantly reduced in their severity and the color of the surrounding skin can be adjusted again. Similar improvements can be achieved with skin damage caused by age or light, such as wrinkles. Repeated treatments (every 4-6 weeks) with the XCellarisPRO TWIST increase the effect of the microneedling treatment.
The use of hyaluronic acid products in the treatment concept also strengthens the healing process and promotes skin regeneration beyond the treatment.
Special needle modules have been developed for treatment with this device. A patented spring seal seals the needle tip against the handpiece, preventing contamination of the handpiece. A movable needle plate adapts to the skin surface and the treatment can be carried out easily and precisely. This makes it possible to work professionally, persistently and hygienically with the XCellarisPRO TWIST. The needle modules are packed individually and sterile and are available from us.
IMPORTANT Pleasenote that the needle modules are designed for single use only and must be changed after each use for hygienic reasons.
CLEANINGAfter removing the cartridge and disposing of it properly, you can clean the device with a surface disinfectant.
