Setting up My Wigmore Portal

The My Wigmore Portal will allow to you place all your orders on-line, and will even allow you to create prescriptions on-line, ensuring that you do not have to post original prescriptions as well. You will have access to all your previous orders and preferred products. You will still benefit from Wigmore offers and next-day delivery and you will also be sent tracking information when we dispatch your order.

Existing Wigmore Medical customers who do not have an online account can contact Customer Services to be sent a link to register with at orders@wigmoremedical.com

Go to the Wigmore Medical homepage and click on Sign Up. Fill in the requested information, create an eSignature and upload photographic identification. Wigmore Medical will review your account for fraud prevention before it goes live. Remember to keep your password and access code stored in a safe place.

Anyone who works within the medical and aesthetics industry can apply to set-up a Wigmore Medical account, including doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, business owners and beauticians. However, to be able to order prescription-only medicine and certain skincare products, you will need a trained, registered prescriber set-up on your account. Only your own details should be included in your application, if you are not a prescriber yourself, your prescriber can be added once the account has been created. If you apply to have an account and are not in the medical or aesthetics industry, your account application will be rejected. If you have any questions about this, please contact Customer Services who can answer specific queries.

Wigmore Medical reserves the right to refuse an application for any reason.

Go to the Users page, click ‘Add User’ and enter your prescriber/user’s details. They will then receive a link to set up their login profile on the account. When adding a prescriber, it is important that the email address you use is one that only that prescriber has access to.

You are able to update your contact details and add new addresses to your account via the My Wigmore Portal; any changes will be reviewed by Wigmore Medical for fraud prevention before being accepted. If you wish to make changes to your eSignature or photographic identification, you will need to contact Customer Services directly.

You can add patients during the process of placing an order. Alternatively, you can add them in advance by going to the Patients page and clicking Add Patient. Patient lists are specific to each prescriber and if one prescriber wishes to prescribe for a patient on another prescribers list they will need to add the patient again to their own list.

Yes, accounts can have more than one prescriber. Each prescriber will have their own sign in details, and their patients and prescriptions will only be visible to them and the Account Holder.

If you forget any of your sign in details, please click on the ‘Trouble logging in’ link in the sign in section to request new details.

Placing an order

Sign in to your My Wigmore Portal and start adding products to your bag by adjusting the quantity. You will have the option of adding products for stock use or Rx or a mix, depending on your eligibility. Each user can add their own products to the bag before the account places the order, taking advantage of one delivery charge for one large order. Different levels of users will have access to different products, for example, only registered prescribers will be able to add POMs to their bag without requiring approval from a prescriber.

When creating prescriptions, the prescriber will have the option of creating new patients or choosing current patients and confirming the product and amount. The prescriber will also have to confirm the following:

  • I confirm that I have had a face-to-face consultation with the patient named above within the past six months and confirm that all the products listed in the prescription will only be used for the named patient.

  • I confirm that I am eligible to take delivery of and am fully responsible for all aspects regarding the prescribed medication at the address specified on behalf of patients and that, where appropriate, the medication will be administered in accordance with GMC/GDC/NMC/GPHC or IMC/IDC/NMBI/PSI guidelines.

  • Products supplied against a prescription must be for the personal use of the named patient only and are not for resale. Wigmore Medical reserves the right to limit quantities of medication on prescriptions.

Where prescriptions are received for toxins or fillers for patients who are under 18 years old, a clinical need must be stated for the prescription to be dispensed.

Your order will be sent to Wigmore Medical, which will either confirm the order via the portal or contact you for further information. Wigmore Medical reserves the right to refuse to fulfil any order for whatsoever reason.

When a prescriber creates a prescription for unlicensed medicine, they need to state the medical indication for that particular patient and that particular medicine as per MHRA guidance.

Wigmore Medical monthly offers can be accessed once you log into the Wigmore Portal. Offers will also show up when you place your order.

If it is a prescription order, you can edit the order until it has been eSigned. After this time, the prescription order is locked and cannot be altered except by the prescriber that signed the prescription. Once an order has been approved by Wigmore Medical it may only be edited by contacting Customer Services.
