CASE STUDY NOTES: OPTIMASMAX
Dr Dil Kassam from The Medi-Shed shares her experience of offering OptimasMAX
The patient was offered three sessions of Morpheus8, once a month, followed by one session a year for maintenance. At six months posttreatment, the patient demonstrated noticeable improvement in lower face definition with reduced heaviness along the jawline and submental area.
Overall, the patient skin quality was enhanced, with visible improvements in firmness, elasticity, and texture, consistent with effective collagen stimulation from RF microneedling. Importantly, despite commencing GLP-1 medication after the third session, the patient did not develop skin laxity, supporting the strategy of initiating Morpheus8 prior to weight loss.
There was a great reduction in the patient’s concerns and she has not developed skin laxity, so is very happy and satisfied with the outcome and felt the treatment successfully met8 her aesthetic and skin health goals.
